When working as part of a team, I always put that little piece of extra pressure on myself to succeed. I felt that as part of a corporate structure it was necessary in order for me to be valued and respected.
Now, at the helm of my own business, I have transferred that same philosophy to my clients.
After graduated as a Business Engineer from a top 10 French Business school and working as a lighting sales engineer, I worked as a senior recruiter and felt in love with the profession.
With experience in engineering and architecture L&C Recruitment has allowed me to get involved with design as well. I aim to make our business the first one that designers think of when it comes to recruitment by growing our team with like minded people – sharing our core values of respect, trust, and transparency.
